OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT The purpose of the student ministry at Valley Baptist Church is to lead students to an authentic and growing relationship with Christ that causes them to have a passion for God, a desire to live holy and a vision to impact their campuses for Christ. Why Studio 110? We use the name Studio 110 because it serves to remind us of two things. First, a studio is a place where a production is worked on and perfected. We want this to be a place where God is free to continue to produce Christ like character in us. We are His production. Ephesians 2:10 says "We are His workmanship, created for good works in Christ." The 110 comes from Colossians 1:10 which says "so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in very good work and increasing in the knowlege of God." This is the theme verse of this ministry and it serves to keep our call in the forefront of our thinking.
